Refund policy

We honour a 90 day guarantee on most product (except Personal Pendants) presented on this website, excluding shipping and handling, provided the product is returned in an undamaged, saleable condition.

It must be returned to: PO Box 1314, Buderim, Qld. 4556, Australia, carefully packed in padding via Registered Post with a copy of the original invoice and a note giving the reason for the refund request.
