Pocket Plate – Bio-Energetic System Calming & Versatile Energy Plate

How to Use:
For calming your energy field, simply carry the Pocket Plate in your shirt pocket with the concave side facing inward. For enhancing the taste of food or drink, place the plate concave side up beneath your items for 5 to 10 minutes. To speed up healing, place it over the affected area, such as a cut, bruise, or burn, and let its energy work naturally.
